This page is being provided by The Lycian Sanctuary to assist all who wish to start a Lycian Coven and may not have Lycian initiates available in their area to help them. It is not necessary to be an initiate to start a coven in the Lycian Tradition, however, it is important to follow certain standards to be truly considered Lycian Wicca.
