In line 5 the words "mysterious intimations" give the meaning that what is occuring is divinely inspired. The number three is also a sacred number and most sacred things are represented in many religions by that number.
In lines 7, 8, and 9 they return to draw up plans for an "ale house." In ancient times an altered state of consciousness was perceived as seeing into another realm of reality. There were many Gods associated with wine, ale, beer and the grapes or grains that went into their making. The act of drinking was an invocation of those Gods and the "ale house" was a place of not only fellowship, but of worship, which was a revelry in living through utter enjoyment.
