This is the God/dess which is the child of the widowed Goddess; widowed when the God dies at the Autumnal Equinox. The "strength" depicted here is not physical strength, but instead, that strength of character which develops when responsibilities are accepted as one's own. Sometimes circumstances dictate that this choice must be made. The situation may not be of one's own making and yet it still requires strength in order to deal with it. This is true strength; the exercise of the will to confront whatever may occur in life.
