a. Initiate the brother or sister into the ‘‘Third Rite" as delineated by The Lycian Sanctuary.

b. Memorize the third initiation; a copy of which will be given to you after your initiation ceremony.

c. Acquire all the appropriate implements necessary to initiate someone into the Third Rite.

d. Take a speech class at a local college or university.

e. Memorize the tool placement for each altar attributed to the Lycian deities.
